Sales & profit reports

When you'd use this: at the end of the day or month, to see how your shop is doing.

Open Reports from the Home screen (or Sales → Sales & profit report), then pick Today, This Week or This Month.

What you see

• Total sales — with the change compared to the previous period: yesterday up to the same time, the previous 7 days, or the same days last month.
• Profit — sales before GST minus the cost of what you sold. Only items with a cost price count; the card says so if some items have none.
• Bills — how many, and the average bill.
• Chart — sales by hour (Today) or by day, with the profit part in teal.
• Payments — cash, UPI and card.
• Top items — your five best sellers.
• Discounts given and GST collected.

Void bills are not counted.

Several phones?

Each phone keeps its own sales. Add up the reports from each phone for the shop total — combined reports are planned for Galla Peti Pro.
