Connect a Bluetooth printer

When you'd use this: to print bills on a Bluetooth thermal receipt printer (most 2-inch and 3-inch printers).

Steps​

  1. Switch the printer on, with paper loaded, and keep it near the phone.

  2. In Galla Peti, open Settings → Printer & paper. Bluetooth is selected.

  3. When Android asks for Nearby devices permission, tap Allow. If Bluetooth is off, tap Turn on Bluetooth.

  4. Galla Peti scans automatically. Your printer appears under Nearby — tap Connect. If Android asks for a PIN, enter 0000 (or 1234).

  5. When pairing finishes, Galla Peti saves the printer and prints a test page.

  6. Check the Paper size (usually 2") — see Paper size.

Already paired the printer before? It's listed under Your printers — tap Use.

After connecting​

  • Every bill prints automatically when you tap Mark paid (turn off Print automatically after payment under Options if you don't want that).
  • Reprint any bill from Sales → open the bill → Print.

Tips​

  • Don't know the printer's name? Hold its FEED button while switching it on — most printers print a self-test page with their Bluetooth name.
  • Most Bluetooth printers connect to one phone at a time. For several phones on one printer, use a Wi-Fi printer.
