Edit or delete items

Edit an item​

Open Items, tap the item, change what you need and tap Save. New bills use the new price; past bills keep the price they were made with.

Favourites​

Tap the ☆ star next to an item in the Items list. Favourites show first on the New Sale screen and under the Favourites chip.

Low stock​

If an item tracks stock, the Items list shows how many are left — in red when 5 or fewer.

Delete one item​

Open the item and tap Delete item.

Delete all items​

Scroll to the bottom of Items and tap Delete all N items, then confirm. A message appears with Undo — tap it within a few seconds to bring everything back.

Your bills and sales history are not affected: past bills keep their item names and prices.
