Take payment

When you'd use this: when the customer is ready to pay.

Tap Charge ₹… on the New Sale screen or the bill review screen.

Cash

1. Choose Cash.
2. Type the amount the customer gave, or tap a quick button — Exact, or the next note (₹500, ₹2,000…).
3. Galla Peti shows Change to give.
4. Tap Mark paid.

UPI

1. Choose UPI. A QR code appears with the exact amount already filled in.
2. The customer scans it with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm…) and pays.
3. Check the money arrived in your UPI app, then tap Mark paid.

Payment failing?

If you've added more than one UPI ID, swipe the QR left (or tap ›) to show the next one. The bill remembers which UPI ID was paid. Add UPI IDs in Shop details.

Card

Choose Card, take the payment on your card machine, then tap Mark paid.

After payment

The bill is saved and gets its bill number. If a printer is connected it prints automatically. Then you can send it — see Send or print the bill. Tap New bill to serve the next customer.
