Send or print the bill

When you'd use this: right after payment, or later from any past bill.

WhatsApp​

  1. Type the customer's 10-digit mobile number (or leave it empty to pick the contact inside WhatsApp).
  2. Tap WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens the customer's chat with the bill already typed.
  3. Tap Send in WhatsApp.

The message comes from your own WhatsApp, so customers see your shop's number.

SMS​

Tap SMS. Your SMS app opens with a short bill (shop, bill number and total) — tap Send.

PDF​

Tap PDF to share the bill as a PDF through any app — email, Drive, WhatsApp…

Print​

Tap Print. With a connected printer, bills also print automatically when you mark them paid — see Connect a Bluetooth printer.

Send an older bill​

Open Sales, tap the bill, and use the same buttons.
