Review the bill, discounts and hold

When you'd use this: before taking payment — to change a quantity, give a discount, or hold the bill while you serve someone else.

Tap Review bill at the bottom of the New Sale screen.

Change quantities​

  • Use + and − next to an item. Going below 1 removes it — tap Undo in the message at the bottom if that was a mistake.
  • For loose items (kg, litre, metre), tap the quantity to type an exact amount.

Give a discount​

  • On one item — tap Discount under the item. Choose % off or ₹ off, or tap a quick button (5%, 10%, 20%, 50%, 80%).
  • On the whole bill — tap Add discount on whole bill.

Items that have a Discount % set already come with their discount; you can change or remove it here for this bill only.

Add the customer's number (optional)​

Enter the mobile number to send the bill on WhatsApp or SMS after payment, and a name if you like.

Hold a bill​

Tap Hold bill to put it aside and start a new one. Held bills appear under On hold at the top of this screen — tap Resume to continue. Clear empties the bill (with Undo).
